The festival is organized by Artists group "Fish Eye".

Festival is supported by Klaipėda city Municipality, Lithuanian Council for Culture and Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Lithuania.

 

Since 2011 “PLArTFORMA” has a title of Representative Festival of Klaipėda city. In 2010-2014 the festival was a part of the European network “Development of New Art”. Since 2015 “PLArTFORMA” bears a label of EFFE “Europe for Festivals / Festivals for Europe” (administrated by European Festival Association).
